EDVC defaulted on their financing agreement with Gas Rock LLC but at least they weren't dumb enough to go to NIR for financing.
Be careful of the company that you keep and who you believe on these boards as it reflects on your judgement.

As for the ups and downs of EDVC - think NITE imo. eom
