The Pay it Forward List…
Please understand that participation to be listed on this list is not a mandatory function for anyone who will be receiving 3 million shares of CIM and 3 million shares of CMKX as a gift from Urban. These shares are restricted for two years and are not from the Treasury so dilution is not an issue.
Urban has done his part and has paid it forward to ones whom he felt to be more in need than himself. Now it’s time for those who are not in need to pay it forward to someone else in need. Again, this public revelation is not mandatory and you will not be negatively viewed for not participating. Thoughts to this list will be revised for a better understanding as deemed necessary.
The thought we are capturing here is to show that the good intentions of Urban is carried on through us as shareholders. What President/CEO has ever done anything like such in the history of the market? In fact, many of them have done quite the opposite in robbing from poor to give to the rich to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. Not Urban. He is quite the opposite as he will take from the rich, to even include himself, to give to the poor meaning those who are in more need than himself that might not necessarily be poor.
It’s up to your discretion as to what you want to do with your position. I am choosing to give my position to someone who is notoriously known for being negative towards CMKX and continues to publicly question my integrity to get these shares to the needy. So now I publicly put the ball back in his court to accept such if he is truly in need. If not, then I challenge the person I selected to find a legitimate person that is in need to give them the shares.
All adding their names to the list do not have to “pay it forward” in the way that I have chosen. I just ask that you do as Urban wishes which is to keep the shares for yourself if you are the one in need or pay it forward to someone of your choice that is in need. This should be a conscience matter with your current position of shares.
The transactions will be listed as “Open” until the recipient has confirmed receipt of the shares. Upon confirmation of receipt, the transaction will be listed as “Closed.” Please send your “pay it forward” info to:
