Etrade, but I cant use margins either for pennys, but it allows me to buy and sell stocks in one day and then buy another the same day with the proceeds. Otherwise I was forced to wait 3 days before I could buy another stock. Plus my account was put on a 90 day restriction bc I was day trading too much LOL.....but the margin account now lets me pretty much do as I please
