Can someone please help me understand why the financial statements in the 10q for February 28, 2009 has "unaudited" written at the top of some of the columns?

I honestly haven't read many of these, but just trying to do my DD as a new investor... =)

How different could the actual numbers be if the posted ones are "unaudited"?
