OK so the concern has been raised and noted regarding the 17B outstanding shares of MGLG.

This concern has been addressed by projected market caps. While we shouldn't ignore that there are 17+B outstanding shares, what seems to be forgotten in the posts raising these concerns is any simultaneous examination of the projected market cap. If you raise a concern about the "insanity" of buying shares in MGLG based on the OS, a critical assessment of the potential for an INCREASE in Market Cap from revenues should also be discussed. Analytical thinking about this stock requires you do both. To raise only the concern without thinking about the potenital for an increase in Market Cap from revenues is to use the words of those raising concerns, is the real insanity, IMO.

Next, Karen has stated that the volume this week was not buy back, but interest in the stock, and day trading. IMO the EOD pricing was because of the huge volume and very good buy/sell ratios. This indicates that people are buying this stock based on the projected revenues and the capacity of those revenues to support a PPS. Speculation will always push the PPS higher or lower than what the actual Market cap can support. Right now many people, are speculating that the Market cap will go up, and showin this by buyig shares. Yes there are also day traders in the buy/sell mix. They are an expected component.

Finally, why haven't those posting concerns considered what has been said that MGLG is trying to get a distribution center, independent of Citizens, as well as development more of its properties? Selling shares of stocks would allow them to do this, IMO.

IMO folks can and should be critical of events happening with an OTC stock. However, what I want to ask is to please consider more than the 1 negative possibility. Finally, and this is just my strong opinion here, any individual who consistently raises concerns about a stock without considering all the possibilities, should be viewed with serious bit of skepticism, particularly if they have given no indication that they are even invested in the stock thay are raising concerns about and seem to start their barrage of burning concerns only when the stock is showing strong gains. Just some things I think we should consider when evaluating the true worth of MGLG and the weight of any concerns raised. And I do hold a considerable number of shares.
