FWIW, my HTC Touch Pro running NeoReader will instantly recognize and resolve all three codes off a 22" LCD screen without having to enlarge them first.

Interestingly, when all three are in the frame at once it will read the top one first. Same for when there's two. And I am talking less than a second to read the code and bring up the choice screen. The resolution to an URL took only a second or so and I am not in a particularly strong cell reception area. Loading the resulting URL took longer than the entire process to read the 2D code and send my phone to the proper URL.
