Gastro...2 Billion shares of the A/S increase were to cover the 'potential' conversion of preferred shares owned by Jared and ??? (1000 common for every 1 preferred). That leaves only one billion shares of the new A/S available for a capital raise to cover expansion costs (plus possibly the 300 million in buyout escrow if they are returned to treasury?).
