Quick Summary DD

1) The company is advertising on TV, radio and print in Canada right now... Everything from radio personalities creating custom commercials, to Walmart ads and Home Depot Isle displays.

2) They recently signed a deal with Wings and Ink which is a high end merchandising company... They have 1000 reps and represent the largest chains... They do everything from setting up custom isle displays to pushing the buyers to bring more products in. They are mainly servicing the Canadian accounts... Its a total product management company.

3) The company has also been advertising in the USA on FOX, HGTV, etc... They have only been doing so in select markets because they do not have a nationwide USA account, yet... The majority of USA advertising has been in the largest market, New York City. Where they have many accounts.

4) The company signed a deal with the producers of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. They are handing the products out to all the guests on the show and we will be hearing more on this when we land a national account IMO... This is the MOST POPULAR show in its PRIME TIME slot.

5) The company has multiple product lines moving into retail and commercial venues... but Winning Colours is DADDY... They have not had another product compete with its growth/presence but this could change fast. Like if Walmart adds the "Kind Laundry Line" (3 products)... FYI, Wally is the #1 seller of laundry products in the world and it would be a significant deal IMO.

6) Then theres the Clean1 Line "The Outdoor Cleaner" which is expanding in 1000 Canadian Home Hardware locations. This product is marketed as a "manly" cleaner, which IMO is a smart marketing tactics... I would love to see this expand into Home Depot. A "manly" cleaner + Home Depot = $$$$$ IMO... Check out the radio ads on the Wiki site.

7) Awhile back the company signed a deal with Orgill, which has 275 sales reps across the USA... These reps serve 6000+ accounts and are one of the largest distributors in the hardware industry... They've been setting up accounts at a mellow pace, but with the shipment of the sweepstakes marketing stuff i have feeling they are about to start moving a ton of product.

8) There are many smaller retail chains being signed all over the USA.... We have many well know distributors pushing the products now and are starting to advertise more and more in select markets. Penetrating the USA has been a slow process, but there are major indicators that suggest the company is gaining traction and major growth is about to take place.

9) The company is expanding in Mexico, Europe, Australia, China and the Caribbean via small and large retailers. Australia is currently the growth leader outside of North America, but we are expecting news on the first retailers in Europe. This could be a biggie. Stay tuned... FYI the deal with IGA in Australia has the potential of 1000 accounts in Australia or 4000 accounts worldwide. They're HUGE.

10) WNBD is expanding throughout the 5 star Holland Cruise Ship line... They currently use our Dry Cleaning "alternative" (The Smart Wet Cleaning System) on 14 ships... Holland is owned by Carnival Corp which operates over 100 ships and is the largest travel company in the world. Its possible we could expand into many other ships and even introduce other products. They do a TON of cleaning on these ships... Consider that each ship is like a small city.

11) Then there are the negotiations/arrangements with multiple USA mass retail accounts... One of them was due to launch last April when the stock was at the highs, but it fell through, hence the decline from that point... It was pretty disappointing, but the company continued to execute in other areas, which shows they are not a one dimensional company.

However, this is about to change biggly. Their first USA grocery chain is due to be announced in the near future (see recent news) and a Lowes launch is expected... The Lowes deal has been lagging due to display rack and marketing details. We are kind of clueless as to the the actual status at this point, but hoping it comes soon... IMO this deal will gain massive attention for this stock. Lowes is the 9th largest retailer and would prove to the market just how big this little penny is going to get.

...but Lowes is not the whopper PR...lol... Home Depot USA and/or Walmart takes that spot... The companies flagship product (Winning Colours, 2 sizes) has been in HD Canada for 2 years and in Walmart Canada for 1 year, which tells me that its doing well... These retailer have POS (point of sale) systems that track products and how they are selling with great detail. If the products were not selling well, they would be removed by now.

Also, Winning Colours is the only paint remover in HD that has a permanent display rack in the paint department and mini bottles along the display counters... Very few products have a "permanent" metal display rack on the floor of HD. Most products are on the shelves, unless they're running a special. This says a lot of about HD's feelings on the products IMO.... Also, its the ONLY green paint removed they carry, giving it a solid "niche" to grow on.

The way the product are handle/sold in these two retailer is significant because of the possibility of expansion. Walmart and Home Depot are the #1 and #2 largest retailers in North America, with Wally being the largest in the world... This could become a $50,000,000+ revenue company from these two retailers alone.

WNBD has MANY products that can be sold in these retailers. Even a cosmetic line that is ready to go (completed R/D), but needs $$$ to bring to market (packaging, marketing, etc)... If Winning Colours takes off you will see many other product lines being fueled.

This stock is set up for a massive snowball effect if these younger stages are managed well and they can achieve their expansion goals.... I will post some speculative math later that shows just how big ONE product can get.

Once you have strong sales history in the largest retailers in the world, you can use that info to land more and more accounts... All these retailer care about is if a product sells. This is how a CONSUMABLES product company like this can grow rapidly once the products hit critical mass. Its my favorite type of penny!

12) WNBD is marketing in the trade magazines for the paint industry, wine industry, cruise industry and others. Theres lots of individual details for each of these sectors that will be discussed later with pics, CEO comments, etc

I will add more to this when i get time. I have yet to touch on half the stuff going on here. Like Trackmost, the Kind line, etc.. If anybody has suggestions, please reply to this post.
