It depends on why a company dilutes. Capital is needed to pay salaries, rent on space, utilities and to further develop new and creative ideas via R&D. As long as they are using the funds for the good of the company it's not a terribly bad thing. There is good bid support, the asks above 2's are thin and I believe management stated the share structure would not change. There are a lot of eyes on this baby. If the MM's decide to let her run we are off.
