As of March 17, 2009, Catherine was still around as she signed the SEC Form 8-K that was filed somewhat "out of the blue".

Hoping Catherine resurfaces again soon with additional "out of the blue" SEC filings that will bring MXXH current with their SEC filings and in full compliance which would also provide full disclosure of MXXH's activities.
