It means... DON'T SELL!
To those who claim that the MMs are holding us back... I see an offer at .198..... and nobody is taking the bait. This happened yesterday too. The MMs raised the ask and nobody bought. Hope we see some more enthusiastic buyers soon or it will go back to where it was before.
