The gov't will still have a hard fight keeping them out because:
a) at $150 for a starter pack, it's obvious they're not marketing to kids.
b) there's no tobacco
c) If it's financially viable this product could be modified to help smokers decrease their nicotine addiction slowly. If Smokefree makes that modification, then the gov't will have a big PR mess on their hand if they try to keep it out of the U.S.
Seriously dude, if you're not just a shorter or a dumper, go read the annual reports for this company. You claim to have done research, but you've neglected the first and most obvious source you should've gone to, which is one of the reasons I doubt you're sincerity.
