Call transfer agent in Portland. I did and he gave me the same information.

Take a look at the Press Release. This company is undervalued and the share price should soar by the end of the month. The merger with AREC will add lots of shareholder value and positive cash flow by the first quarter of 2010.

I find this to be a very exciting investment.
