No one is going to pay anything. Bag holders are not going to pay lawyers. Everything that they have is in the bag. Who's going to go after them. The SEC. Oh sure. There are hundreds of scams out there and no one is going to the slam. Why do you think they do it. If you rob a bank and no one chases you all you do all day is look for the next bank. The bad part is the hundreds of small business that go unfunded because smart people won't touch pennys. The good part is now and then you find a diamond in the rough.
