NITE total trade (buy) 619,265 minus NITE total trade (sell) 565,100 = 54,165 shares available (+ or - amount bought by NITE in order to hold the WAMPQ up) for sale by NITE for June 2009.

Question is: If NITE really accumulated that many shares from SXTG, then NITE is assumed to have approx. 54,165 shares to sell for June 2009.

We are now in the middle of June, 11 days into June 2009.

NITE had a motive to prop up the share price. Now, I assume NITE is almost sold out of shares.

Now we notice the price starts to drift lower. Coincidence??? Is it because STFL, the new MM or is it NITE running out of shares and will start to manipulate the share price again? A push lower or are we at a true market in which the price should be at pending progress of Weil and the Courts?

Will we have market moving news? We have the $4 billion and 2004 discovery coming up.

We have to wait and see what happens.
