I apologize to the board. He just pushed my buttons. Y'all want to try and find info. I don't know what you will find this way, but you won't be bothering the customers. The permitting for the tests that I spoke about earlier today are controlled and issued by state controlled agencies. For instance, in Pa. it is called the DEP (Dept. of Environmental Protection). I am not sure but I believe that it is called the DEQ (Dept. of Environmental Quality) in Alabama. Same thing for Fl., Ga., and Mississippi. In Fl., I think you may want to check in the Jacksonville area. What you are looking for in each location is to talk to the person in charge of those permits. The permit issued will more than likely NOT be under Oldcastle, as they are similar to a holding company. However, be looking for APAC Asphalt. If you can find permits with this name it would verify that what Mike has been saying is true. Good hunting ... this is info that can be obtained through the freedom of information act. Also, the permit may say glyclene or tri-glycerides or some other type of vegetable oil product and may not have global's name on it, but the company that did the testing, and listed as a renewable fuel and tests conducted within the past 4 months would indicate that it is our fuel.
