There is only a motion to set the bar date for August 24, 2009 it has not been approved by the court. That hearing is later this month.

The main website for LBHI will post a "Master List of Securities". According the court docs, if the security is on this list you are not supposed to file a claim. However, the list is not on the website yet.

Good luck...let's hope the schedules come out after the close tomorrow so we can have them for the weekend.
