hi everyone, this is my first post but i have been following along for a while now (and proud to be a shareholder from .01...go sponge!!!)idk if this is old news but here is a link i came across regarding the minimum shareprice required for listing

according to this the minimum shareprice requirement for listing has been suspended until july 20, 2009...since shareprice is the only requirement spng hasn't met, it is no longer really an issue in my opinion and there is no reason nasdaq would not accept spongetech's application...

also thanks to everyone, especially the moderators- everybody seems very supportive of each other and i look forward to the coming days, weeks, months, and even years...im still only in college and new to the investing world, but imo what this company has done is incredible, and from what i can tell it is only the beginning.
