"no numbers will be released" (as i read it) referred to revenue/contract updates (as in, we have many contracts we can't talk about because of buyout negotiations....but now there's neither buyout nor negotiations). same could be said for the 300mm restricted that's now in the float.

fwiw, he already told the market the "offer price" he declined. market didn't believe him then, wouldn't believe him now if he said anything higher.
