amazing...this guy could only be a moron or an arrogant accomplice to this fraud (considering the expectations the CEO and he have created and perpetuated) to say this while confidence and share price have all but collapsed.

only reason not to release numbers and O/S data at this point ("buyout" debunked and ceo again caught raising the A/S) is to prevent the complete evaporation of speculative demand for intrinsically worthless shares which face inevitable dilution.

this story continues to be great drama when the big board slows (especially nut jobs praying for the speedy return of the lying ceo that got them here).
