Instead of listening to the rumors, I called HTOG/UPDV and talked to Jack Baker. I had also sent him an e-mail earlier about my concern about a reverse split. Both were responded to He told me that there is no reverse split planned. He said that it has not even been talked about.

I asked him to squelch these rumors and he was very firm that he does not respond to rumors. I have no such qualms. The people starting the rumors are probably trying to drive the price lower so they can buy.

go to HTOG website and e-mail Jack, he will respond!!!!
