no I think lawrenzo nailed it...They paid off debt with those shares like they stated and my figures for THEIR shares was the same as in the 10K...

EI is not selling shares, was paying down the debt it looks like...Just shocking to have SS restated tht high. I emailed my request for 575mil O/S as a sign of good faith....
