Aura Appoints New Sales & Marketing Vice President

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 22, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aura Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:AURA) announced today the appointment of Craig B. Lipus as the Company's new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The Board of Directors unanimously approved his appointment. Before coming to Aura, Mr. Lipus held senior sales and marketing positions at Polaroid Corp. and Interlink Electronics, Inc.
