DANVILLE, CA, Jun 11, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- S3 Investment Company,

subsidiary is participating in the 3rd China International Private Equity Forum
(CIPEF), being held this week in Tianjin, China.

Daniel J. McClory, Managing Director of Hunter Wise Financial Group and a member
of Redwood Capital's investment committee, is appearing at the event and will
speak on a panel titled, "Corporate Governance & Private Equity: The Value of
Transparency."

The 3rd China International Private Equity Forum is co-hosted by the Tianjin
Municipal People's Government, the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce
and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). This will be Mr. McClory's
second appearance at Tianjin. Last year he spoke at the event and Redwood
Capital had a booth in the Capital Connection exhibit hall.
