This I know is a huge incentive! I know my cousin finally broke out his wallet and bought a home because of it! LOL.. Seriously though, if you are doing OK financially and have a few bucks, this is a great time to take advantange of the buyers market which fuels EXPU type companies. That is WHY they are over loaded. This is all great news for us here! JMHO!!!
