Don't see why not. Looking at the chart it was in the pennies in the beginning of March, only a few months ago. Not saying it'll be in the pennies by tomorrow(no change now, back to .0013) but it was at .0007 earlier in the week so .0013 isn't the worst thing in the world.

Let's see how high this baby can climb
