itsonlymuni, Now you've got me really confused...
If what you say is true...why do you continue to knock this company and management. Aren't you the least bit grateful to them for creating the opportunity to make money with this stock? Let's face it; none of us have a fetish for sponges...we're in this stock for the return on investment, which has been massive for most, if not all. There appears to be a lot more to come. Why would you continue to make a fool of yourself by nitpicking about an expanded share count, filings, etc. with no basis of truth? You're looking for some intrigue and conspiracy, which doesn't exist.
The only conclusion one can draw is, some how you are influenced by an outside force in a futile attempt, to bring the PPS down. Unfortunately for you and "them", the market dictates otherwise.
You are and have been so wrong, it's time to acknowledge you don't know what you're talking about. You should even apologize to investors that have been influenced by your rants, missing opportunites of investing in this great company.
