What is your big thing with the SEC?

Carl Duncan does a very good job and the people we don't like to mention do follow the rules.

The SEC will find nothing wrong with them.

Small companies fail!!!!

And then they R/M into another small start-up and the game goes on. over and over again.

It is not against the law to screw shareholder.
Dilution..
Reverse splits..
paid Promotions...
control people dumping shares...
504 capital dumping

It's all legal

And then they R/M ...Rinse and repeat
