Yes, insiders buying the notes is much more positive than a bunch of cowboys. WNR - O/S is 68.56 million and float is 51.27 million, if 13% of O/S was short on May 31st then that is 8.91 million shares short which is 17% of the float. I am smiling from ear to ear
