LET ME BE VERY CLEAR " of Record 6/10/2009" doesnt mean if you bought today, it takes 3 days for you to be on record. if you bought today thinking you'll get free shares it wont happen. Dont think the CEO screwed you, or lied , or scammed you. you don't actually own shares until they are settled and that take 3 days
