10-Q Status?

May 19 Shareholder Bulletin
The audit team continues to work on both our 10K and 10Q. We will be filing both forms simultaneously upon their completion.

May 22 Shareholder Bulletin
The Q1 10Q is prepped and ready, awaiting the audited financials from the 2008 10K.

May 29 Shareholder Bulletin
Once review is finished, the audit will be integrated into the 2008 10K and the 10K will be prepared for filing. The 10Q should be wrapped up promptly from that point.
