Hey Joe! Don't get off track and worry about the one day wonder stuff. The last 2 PRs should have eliminated that fear for you. I reccommend that you read every PR very closely and pay close attention to what they're saying. If you connect some of the dots, you should be able to gather some insight to EREI. Of course, not everyone might connect them the same, but some insight should still be there. From what things appear, I don't care to flip this one, for what pennys I might make, might cost me dollars. As more PRs are posted, I'm sure we will all learn more about EREI.
