Question on interest rates....

If and when the judge rules to return the 4B to WMI, what could be the interest rates? The motion says the highest possible rates set by the court...hi it could be another Billion if the court imposes a high interest rate of something like 25%...much like the credit card companies charge for their customer for late payment...
