Private Venture will no longer tough this.

Venture money will come in to do bridge financing if the company is still private and they can get a good piece of the company at that stage.

When a company does a pinksheet R/M it's because ALL other options were gone.

That's the world of the pinksheets R/M plays.

Companies with a good story that "real" money won't touch.
