OK, So I ask again,

" It's an operational entity doing procedures, charging patient $$$$ = revenues."

Why dilute to raise 20 million dollars?

At best projections 4 years out net earnings of only 2 mil.

Margins are not that great, and volume would have to be incredible 5+ years out for anything to come of this start-up
