Moving on is one thing..but I feel that what's been done here will be done again and again and not just by Steve but by others too. It's not so much my current loss I'm concerned about but the future loss if I let this go.

I'd like to do something that makes the CEOs to think 10 times over before making false statements for personal benefit and I want the SEC to have more stringent requirements for companies to be listed...and if need be, I'll make an example out of this. I'm not investing in some foreign company where there are no rules or regulations or no system that holds people accountable. This is an american company and it's board ought to be held accountable.
