WEMU: Focus of the 3 new directors appears to be experience pertinent to being an effective "audit committee". It would be interesting to catch the CFO on the phone and try to get an explanation for the new directors and status of Nasdaq approval for uplisting.

Meanwhile, hopefully this BOD announcement won't hurt their stock price due to concern over potential issures such as internal audits and recently reported financial results.
