I certainly hope that losing a bank line of credit and replacing it with a high-interest line on a portion of outstanding invoices, declining sales of the flagship product, numerous missed projections for sales and delayed product launches wasn't the business plan. If it was then I guess it's coming to fruition.
By my calculation, by not being one of the buyers of the stock during the run up when Sneaky has advised it was being wildly shorted, I have saved at least $4 million in losses. Since then, by not buying, it's probably at least another $4 million. So it's personally been very productive for me not following in your footsteps. I feel it's only right to give back something to the board.
