Voltage......It turns out to be a rather small world....your comment that the transfer agent would not devulge the current float for BSTI made me feel rather uncomfortable so I called my contact at Schwab for his take on the situation. My contact said off the bat that he personally was involved with the firm that did the original IPO for Bioshield. I was certainly surprised. The Schwab agent said that it was highly unusual for the transfer agent to not divulge the requested float information for BSTI and said that he knew of no legitimate reason not do so and would not comment any furthur regarding speculation as to the transfer agents possible motives. The transfer agent is not supposed to be involved one way or the other.

My purpose of calling was to get a take on the situation and not to obtain specific share numbers. I now feel more uncomfortable than I did before I called Schwab. My contact did not put my mind at ease whatsoever. It seems that not a day goes by but what there is a new strange twist in the BSTI saga......BB//BB
