didya see that HYTT (now IVHG) is completing the combination w/Robtotic Workspace Tech?

Nielson is out as CEO (but still on BofD) & the head of RWT Walter Weisel (nice name, huh?) is new CEO & Chairman & it looks like they have caught up on their outstanding SEC filings.

also, in a recent PR they included weComm in the headline as part of the newly-minted Innova Group Holdings.
