Bleedingedge,

This raises so very many clarification questions in my mind. I hope you will consider tending to a few:

1) Were you still in their employ at the time a suggestion was made to sell the company to a consortium of companies? If so, can you share how well that concept was received, and if it may remain a consideration at this time?

2) Since leaving, how do you view some of the milestones achieved over the last year? Do you feel this changes Neom's landscape considerably? How do you feel about their prospects of succeeding going forward?

3) How did Mark Lafar play into the picture? Are you aware as to whether he is still engaged w/Neom, and how instrumental has he been in moving the ball forward?

4) I read several of your initial posts, one of which you appeared to substantiate my understanding of the advantages of the indirect over the direct method. However, srowen stirs this board's emotions stating that direct codes can work identically. For the benefit of all, could you please elaborate on how the two methods differ in the extent of their reporting, and other key differentiators?

5) Why did the company abandon Qode as a product "name" in favor of Neoreader? (I rather enjoyed the former) Why not simply apply the same name to the new reader?

6) Somewhat personal: When you left, did you abandon your equity position or have you remained hopeful/faithful? ;) (presuming you owned a personal stake above and beyond options)

As I mentioned...so very many questions. I'll hold off and allow you to rest for a while.

Thank you for fielding these...

Best,
BC
