The below is an old Chinese proverb that another shareholder emailed me.

This to me describes Tom Cooper.

I have some comments after the proverb.

He who knows not and knows he knows not, teach him he is a student.

He who knows and knows not he knows, wake him he is a dreamer.

He who knows and knows he knows, follow him he is a leader.

I heard an interesting comment while discussing NV over the phone. They remarked they were disappointed that Cooper hasn't done anything about the shareprice.

After the conversation I thought about that comment.

I thought about the type of leadership Tom Cooper brings to NV.

In my conversations with John Howell as I tried to get a good grasp of how Tom manages, John could not stress enough that Tom is a performance based CEO.

What does that mean?

From what I understand PR's will be released AFTER the event has taken place.

Our new CEO has a Nasdaq management mindset.

I think a perfect example of that was when he had the 10q financials pre-released just like many nasdaq companies do.

Another example would be when he officially took over there was no PR announcing it as it was already announced in previous PR's.

Yet he did detail the game plan in an introductory letter.

You should know I wasn't happy about that at all. LOL!!!

Yet the more I begin to understand the way Tom operates the more I see why we didn't get one.

I'm just as frustrated as the rest of you at the drop in share price.

I, like a lot of you thought with Cooper coming on board we'd have a few PR's lined up and be ready to fire them off with Cooper coming out of the gate on June 1st.

Like a lot of you I was disapointed.

But the more deeper I have taken my thought process on where we are at strength wise compared to one year ago, the more I believe this about the future of NV and the shareprice.

I believe unlike the person on the phone Cooper IS doing something about the shareprice.

Yet because we don't see instant results we get easily discouraged.

I understand that as it happens to me as well.

Yet that being said, what Cooper and the rest of the team is doing right now I believe will have long LASTING results in the future.

As hard as it is to be at $1.01 right now I believe we are better off now future wise then when we were at $15.00.

Why is that you say? Has Excel started to drink? LOL!

Here is why.

When we go up this time it will be based on SOLID accomplishments.

The nature of these events will keep us up.

Compared to drifting back down due to events not close enough, or being revenue related events.

Because of the nature of these events the media in the industry and outside the industry will take notice and I believe a snowball affect will take place.

As new people become aware of the changes available to the industry is now finally becoming a reality, the rewards of those events will become very evident.

The bottom line is this imo.

You need to do this as hard as it might be for you imo in order to gain the right perspective of what is happening with our future.

Take the past before the new leadership came here and bury it.

Here is why.

John Howell was given advice from the best people they had contacts with in the industry in the past.

He told you what he was told was going to happen.

Yet a lot of what he was told changed as different behind the scenes events took place.

As NV strived to get industry type of people with more knowledge in the fields of events that needed to take place more changes took place as far as time and the necessary steps needed to succeed.

In one of my recent conversations with John he was happy to say because of the industry contacts of people NOW connected with NV like Brad Ketch and Tom Cooper the difference is between night and day concerning the reliability of the information he now receives.

Yes, our shareprice is at $1.01.

But we as a company have NEVER been stronger with industry contacts and most importantly the knowledge of the industry.

Example of the above statement was going to Supercomm 2002.

So take the above into consideration as you think about your investment.

Tom Cooper and team is working VERY hard right now concerning our shareprice.

I believe you will be very glad they did it right no matter how painful the perceived past has been to some of you.

The future imo looks VERY bright to this shareholder!
