Doc I agree with what you say needs to be done just like I agreed with what docshazam said needs to be done. My point is Maland was quoted from a recent email in an article last week. ""The project is still on track and seeing the start of construction, as reported, to begin in the third quarter," Fuel Frontiers President Dave Maland said in a recent e-mail to Manufacturing & Technology eJournal.""

So given what we know and what needs to be accomplished in anyone’s opinion is there the realistic possibility that construction will START IN 3Q?
