Good Morning,

I will chime in on the one posters continued negative posts on Mr. Humphries.

Remember, Mr. Humphries has been doing this for some time so he does have his detractors that will spew hate and doubt..These same folks obviously got burnt and that happens more than frequent with this type of a setup.

He is correct, Mr. Humphries particulars appear to R/M private or conceptual business models into shells he owns.

This is not a new concept and the pinksheets is littered with these types of people that have huge financial resources to attract potential private companies and a Fast-Track way of going public.

In reality, it is simply a marriage between a shell owner (Humphries) and the new partners and they divvy up the shares.

The shell owner usually holds majority of shares and at times increases the A/S to give additional shares to the new owner and as well the shell owner.

What happens and most know this, is that the shell owners only interest is dumping into a run and we yet have seen that here in large quantities..Yes, there have been selling shares and this could have been from old holders from the shell and spill over into the new entity..

This as well happens all the time..When shareholders from a shell that get caught holding a company that went under and held the shell, until folks like Mr. Humphries pick them up for a bargain and shops it around for a viable match, in this case, he teamed up with GRC and they R/M into a Humphries shell/entity.

These type of maneuvers are always risky and this issue is no different..I won't go as far as say this is a scam, because it is perfectly legal..

What traders need to understand that these types of issues never work out in the long-term for investors and one must trade into any run..If you elect to hold once a run begins, you will eventually lose as these types of issues will almost revert back to a eventual R/S..

With respect to TFZI, I expect the same, but do as well expect a run and it is in this same venue, that you must trade on the heels of Mr. Humphries..He will certainly dump his shares to maximize his sole purpose and that is make money and you must do the same. This is, this individual's, MO...

We have yet seen the potential for such a run, as we are still under the old symbol and I have no idea when that will change, but expect it will..Will there be a R/S? At the same time of a symbol change, is uncertain.. Mr. Humphries did counter a previous Pr that a R/S is not in the works, countering a previous R/S announcement made, they will.

So this is up in the air.

They are doing infomercials as I have seen one and currently don't know if this is still ongoing, but I expect that they are and as some posters here have taken advantage of their gold relics, the company did respond with favorable exchange..So we know they are in business.

The current climate and the price of gold makes this business model attractive and should bode well in the coming months for hard pressed consumers to make ends meet by selling their old relics.

The volume dictates there is very low dilution and what some poster reported earlier, that dilution is massive, is total crap..Sure the company probably did unload shares to finance, but appears is only done during certain sessions...

Let me also say that this company is in Florida and the state is looking into these gold for cash enterprises with great interest to make sure that they operate above board...I saw an article on this subject, so I'm comfortable that regulatory folks seem to take an interest and make sure the unscrupulous are watched.

Now, this doesn't mean that taking a position in TFZI will prove a ROI and it doesn't, but at this juncture, .0001 and any run could minimize the risk/reward ratio and still has an opportunity to make some gains..Remember, play on the heels with the holders and you will fair much better..

Have a good day
