Well Monty I totally understand what you are referring to, I had the pleasure
of speaking to one of the main players the other day and his perception was
that you were trying to take Nicosan away from both the bondholders and
the shareholders. I tried to set him straight but unfortunately it
appeared that he seemed to have his mind already made up about your intentions.
