The price isnt going to drop any further if he releases all 3 billion extra onto the market. That aspect has already been priced into the common share. I believe this is exactly the reason we are seeing the levels which its at now. Knowing the company has the "ability" to dilute if needed is just as hurtful to the pps then actually diluting. Remember the shares are not outstanding yet! The market prices this all in ahead of time, I expect most on here already know this. With that being said, this is the best buying period at these levels you should see for some time, hopefully the last after breaking back into .01's again. With some solid contracts, which I see as inevitable within due time, this stock will further progress into much greener days!
