I would have to argue that point as they are taking debts, and taking it out of the long term equation.

I still think that this has a long term future, now is the best time to convert the debt to shares. Given that cash flow will be greatly increase in the next few quarterly reports.

Second, they only have allowance of 150,000,000 (or an extra 75,000,000) shares so how do you figure the 500 million?
