Looks like we'll be waiting more to get trading on the OTC....More comments from the SEC.

From PTS website:

On June 5, 2009 Disability Access Corporation received a comment letter from the SEC regarding the Form 10-12g/A Amendment #2 Registration Statement filed on May 14, 2009. The Company is currently in the process of responding to the comments and intends on filing a response as soon as possible.
