Please read below when NEOM actually got awarded the '048 patent again. It was on 2/17/09. So NEOM basically had 1+ month to collect licensing fees for Q1. However, this doesn't seem to be something that is that transactional of a process. Well, at least not right now...maybe later. Therefore, they need more time to ramp up on the Licensing fees. Come on, it even took them till April 22, 2009 to even announce the official Licensing Program. I don't know about you BUT I know that April is actually in their Q2. Therefore, their Q2 SHOULD have way more Licensing Revenue than $10K - IMO.

"On February 17, 2009, the PTO publicly announced its complete agreement with our position regarding the inventions in the '048 patent by issuing a "Notice of Intent to Issue Ex-Parte Reexamination Certificate". This terminates the reexamination completely in favor of Neomedia, since it provides that all pending claims are patentable and will publish shortly in a Reexamination Certificate. This decision cannot be appealed by EFF or any other third party."
