How about a take over? AUY has market cap of 8 billion, production 1 million oz/year. AUY can increase its production by 30% by buying OGC. Plus another 10+% by putting Didipio into production. Anything below 2 billion is a bargain for AUY, that's over 10 dollar I believe. The question is if OGC is willing to sell. Maybe they are more willing now without the CEO?
